Q. Do we accept technical certification credit for military experience in any fields?
A. Yes, in addition to equivalent motor transport military occupational specialties, technical certifications are considered in respective maintenance fields.

Q. Do we provide any type of leave?
A. Yes, the Family and Medical Leave Act provides certain military family leave entitlements. You may take FMLA leave for specified reasons related to certain military deployments.

Q. Does our medical plan continue to cover Guard and/or Reserve Employees called to active duty?
A. Yes, up to 6 months. Continuing coverage also includes dependents up to 26 years of age.

Q. Does the life insurance continue for Guard and/or Reserve Employees called to active duty?
A. Yes, up to 6 months

Q. Are salaried Guard and/or Reserve Employees called to active duty guaranteed the same or similar career path/compensation upon their return?
A. Yes, based on reinstatement requirements: Service of 30 days or less, 31 to 180 days, more than 180 days.

Q. Are hourly Guard and/or Reserve Employees called to active duty guaranteed the same or similar career path/compensation upon their return?
A. Yes, based on reinstatement requirements: Service of 30 days or less, 31 to 180 days, more than 180 days.

Q. Do employees have the opportunity to relocate within your company if forced to move due to receiving military orders (permanent change of station)?
A. Yes, dependent on position

A. No
