At Trimac, we recognize this and have committed significant investment in our people with two TLC (Trimac/Technical Learning Center) facilities, one in Calgary, AB and the other in Houston, TX.

Fully paid by Trimac, all new hires are sent to TLC for a rewarding three-day learning experience.  Our knowledgeable and award-winning instructors will engage you in a program like no other in our industry. The program covers three primary topics, including:
