Trimac’s safety culture starts with our people. To support this, we have numerous orientation and training initiatives that embrace safety as our core value. Below are some things you can expect from us.

We have a comprehensive orientation plan for all maintenance employees. Our training program covers a wide range of important areas, including:

  •     Outline of job description and requirements
  •     Branch familiarization (layout, showers, fire extinguishers, etc.)
  •     Safety plan, programs, and meetings
  •     Accident and personal injury reporting and prevention
  •     Personal protective equipment (PPE)
  •     Health and safety committee
